Special Offer - USDA inspected Grass-fed Beef
We were recently given a deal we couldn't refuse on a grass-fed 2 year old bull and are passing the opportunity on to our customers. This animal spent it's entire life on 50 acres of grass pasture with very little human contact. He has provided us with a lot of clean, lean, healthful meat. A bull gives much leaner meat than a steer or a cow, but the flavor is extraordinary. Most of the standard steak cuts are not available from this animal because they would be too lean. However, the ground beef, rib roasts, tenderloin, and shanks will be incredibly flavorful, tender, and healthful cuts.
